When Xili Turquoise Blue is co precipitated with Lead Chromium Yellow, barium chloride is added as a precipitant to react the sulfonic acid groups of Xili Turquoise Blue into barium salts, resulting in an emerald green pigment that is resistant to 300 degrees Celsius and has a fresh color.
